Dara Church
Dara obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017.
Before going to law school, Dara worked as a paralegal in immigration and refugee law. Following law school, Dara worked as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court Judges in Brampton and Milton. She has practiced exclusively in the areas of family law and child protection, with a well known Toronto Family Law Firm and as counsel with a Children’s Aid Society.
Dara has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice. She has also represented clients at mediations and Legal Aid settlement conferences.
Dara is married and has three children.
