Annie holds a B.A. in Criminology and earned her Juris Doctor from Bond University in Australia. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2023 and to the Ontario Bar in 2025. Annie completed her articles at a criminal defence firm, where she gained substantial courtroom experience appearing before both the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. Her background in criminal defence strengthens her ability to navigate high-conflict family matters with confidence and strategic insight.
Annie has assisted clients with a wide range of issues, including custody and parenting disputes, child and spousal support, restraining orders, and divorce. She is known for delivering fast, efficient results while maintaining a client-centered and solutions-focused approach. Annie is committed to resolving matters as effectively and amicably as possible. She brings strong problem-solving abilities to every file and advocates firmly for her clients’ best interests, whether in negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
Annie has contributed to community organizations such as West Coast LEAF and Global Lawyers of Canada. She is fluent in Punjabi and is proud to support clients from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of her legal practice, she enjoys travelling and working out.
